This is a great example of the classic 1980 Volvo 240 for sale. This car hails from Arizona and it has the body to prove it. It's a no accident car and amazingly it is still in its original factory paint! The current owner used a clay bar to bring the original paint back to an incredible shine. There aren't many of these round headlight examples out there for sale, and this one not only looks great but it runs great too.
This 1980 Volvo was set up for performance. The previous owner put between $4000-$5000 in performance modifications as he was getting the car ready to race in the SCCA league in California. But the previous owner couldn't get the fuel injection system operating properly so he sold the car to the current owner. The current owner has a great mechanic that kept the car for several months and tinkered with the system to get it running beautifully. You can hear the engine purr in several of the videos below.
This car has great tires, four wheel disc brakes, racing seats with a 5 point harness for the driver, and working overdrive. It's set up to be a daily driver with extra fun handling and performance for when the moment strikes you. It's really a blast to drive.
